These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bd9oi website and all associated services ("Platform"). By accessing this page, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

The following rules apply to financial transactions on the bd9oi platform:

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposit transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — transactions must be made from an account in your own name.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• bd9oi reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold in cases of suspicious activity or breach of terms.

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
• Bonus wagering requirement: 20 times (20x).
• Withdrawals cannot be made until the bonus has been wagered in full.
• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period, conditions, and wagering requirements — please check the offer details.
• Bets placed with bonus funds do not count across all designated games; bets placed on ineligible games will not count toward meeting the wagering requirement.
• bd9oi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, bd9oi may cancel the bonus and, if necessary, suspend the account.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is a serious breach of this agreement.

The bd9oi VIP program has five tiers. By playing regularly, users can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier assignment is at the sole discretion of bd9oi. The specific benefits and conditions for each tier may change, and users will be notified of any changes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Operating games through bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Applying planned betting strategies intended to exploit the bonus system ("bonus abuse").
• Using the Platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to tamper with the Platform's software or code.
• Reselling betting services to third parties through the Platform.
• Providing fraudulent or misleading information.

All content on the bd9oi platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, trademarks, and other intellectual property — is exclusively owned by bd9oi or properly licensed.

• Users may access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content without prior written permission from bd9oi is prohibited.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the Platform is strictly prohibited.

bd9oi makes every effort to keep its Platform operational and secure. However, bd9oi will not be held liable in the following cases:

• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or breach of terms.
• Interruptions to gameplay caused by loss of internet connection or technical faults.
• Delays or errors from third-party payment services.
• Events beyond bd9oi's control (force majeure, natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.).
• Financial losses from gaming — users play at their own risk.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bd9oi's total liability shall in no event exceed the amount of funds held in the user's wallet at the time of the dispute in question.
